Dr. Saniya Setia

A native of Chandigarh, India, Dr. Setia graduated at the top of her class in India. After being the only student in India to be awarded an International Certificate of Merit for her contributions towards dental literature, academics and community service in 2013, she moved to the United States to further her education and training.

She completed her DDS degree at University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and in recognition of her academic achievement was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

She has been recognized with various awards in Esthetic Dentistry and that remains her passion.

Her strong belief in philanthropy led her to serve in public health and care for the underprivileged. She became one of the youngest recipients to be given an honorary Fellowship in the Pierre Fauchard Academy for her contributions, which is by invitation only. After working in public health, she worked in a private family and cosmetic dental practice in Atlanta for years before moving to the area.

In addition to continuing her dental training and leading with the Spear Education continuum, she has served in leadership roles in various Dental Associations including the American Dental Association.

She and her husband live in Mechanicsburg, PA and enjoy hiking, golfing and travelling together. She loves to paint and has donated her paintings for raising funds for various organizations such as UNICEF and Leukemia and Lymphoma society. Dr. Setia enjoys being a part of the community and looks forward to building a long-term relationship with you and your family.
